5. Research Partner Program

The Framework is sold at two prices: a standard price, and a lower Research Partner price. Choosing the Research Partner price means agreeing to take part in our ongoing research into how the Framework is used in real households.

What you agree to

We will invite you to four short surveys over twelve months — one roughly every three months, each taking about five minutes. After the fourth, the programme ends and nothing further is asked of you.

There is no penalty for not answering

The programme is built on trust. If you miss a survey, or all of them, nothing happens: we will not charge you the difference between the two prices, not withdraw your access, and not pursue you for a response.

How your answers are handled

We know which accounts joined the programme, because that is how the price was applied. We do not connect survey answers to your name, your email address or your purchase, and we do not report answers individually. Findings are used to improve the Framework and are published, if at all, only in aggregate.

Leaving the programme

You may leave at any time by writing to contact@professionalparentingframework.com. Leaving changes nothing about your access to the Framework and costs you nothing.

If you request a refund

A refund ends your participation in the programme and ends the survey commitment with it. We will not contact you about surveys after refunding your purchase.

6. License and Usage Rights
